Frozen Fever

... that's a suitable name for the new Frozen short film that's coming (I'm probably going to see Cinderella just for that... and Cate Blanchett). So here's Elsa's new Spring/Summer dress from the frozen flower collection. I just wanted to paint pretty dresses, as always Hope you like it!
